JB's Detailing Denton provides mobile vehicle detailing services in and around Denton, Texas. Services, prices, availability, and service areas may vary by vehicle size, condition, location, and requested service.
Prices shown online are estimates or starting prices unless expressly stated otherwise. The final price may be adjusted when the vehicle's size, condition, excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, biohazards, or other circumstances require substantially more work than a standard service. We will communicate material price changes before performing additional chargeable work when reasonably possible.
Appointments are subject to availability. Please provide accurate contact information and accurate vehicle and service information when booking. We may contact you to confirm appointment details.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the vehicle and for removing valuable, fragile, or personal items before service. We are not responsible for ordinary wear, pre-existing damage, defects, loose aftermarket components, deteriorated materials, or items left in the vehicle.
Detailing can improve the appearance and cleanliness of a vehicle, but certain stains, odors, scratches, discoloration, pet hair, embedded debris, and other conditions may not be completely removable. We do not guarantee restoration of damaged or permanently stained materials.
Because our services are mobile, appointments may need to be rescheduled because of severe weather, unsafe conditions, lack of suitable working conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Payment is due according to the payment terms presented when the service is booked or invoiced. We may use third-party payment processors to process payments. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply.
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any required deposit, cancellation fee, or no-show fee will be disclosed through the booking or service terms applicable to your appointment.
If you have a concern about a completed service, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.
